How much bad luck in 3 weeks?

This may sound like a sob story, but I've seriously thought of giving up vaping because of it..

Ok so some of you have probably read my introduction thread and know that I started vaping a few weeks ago, starting with an ego c starter kit, with cappy tanks, then I bought an mvp2 and used that with the I clear 30 tank it came with for a while, no problems other than a very thirsty tank, so I bought a pro tank (which was sold to me as an original, not a clone), it was a clone which had a horrible metallic taste, so I got that replaced by another iclear 30, but was still not happy with the thirsty tank so I bought a vivi nova clone from the same shop (sold as original again), the thread was the wrong size and was again, a clone, so I went and bought a kayfun light which was super for a day until I left it in a taxi along with my mvp and the taxi driver is denying all knowlage.

In between all that I'd bought a vamo 5 which I'm using with the wrong size vivi nova taped to the top...

So my mind is saying just stop it now while I'm only a couple of hundred quid down with shit kit, but my heart says I've just had a string of bad luck.

I feel like such a cock so far

hmmm, one good idea would be to stop shopping at your local rip-off store if they keep selling you clones...get something online, even an ego twist or spinner will be fine, get a few atties from trusted vendors who won't sell you clones and go from there...chalk it up to experience and yeah, a bit of bad luck...put it behind you and you won't regret carrying on your vaping journey

Yeh mate sounds like your shop sucks, so does mine they will senx you away with anything, it does not bother them they just want a quick £, seriously there a so many good vendors online and here on POTV.
Dont go to that shop again they dont deserve you money just like the tottaly wicked shop here where i live, when i started i nearly quit because of them, i wont go in to detail now, i just hate them

Okay thats the majority of your problems solved.
Now on to the robbing taxi man, i have lost a wallet with £150 quid in it, not only that it was a designer wallet, and it was just before a night out in sheffiled! I dont live in sheffield and i needed money to get back, also that wss all my spending money for the night and i had only had 2 cans of larger gutted.
The moral of the story is just chalk it up to experiance tbh i have lots of horror storys like that through out my whole life just be happy it wasn't a provari lol

I suggest get a cheap ego spinner with a mini pro tank 3 or if you don't like dual coils then get a mini protank 2 cant fault them, or another mvp with an r2d2 j wrap haha freaking awesome!!

Yep I would agree don`t use that shop anymore.
There are many great online vendors you can use who will give you great service.
Give Myepack and VapeGeek a go, used both many times and never had an issue with them, quick delivery too.

Keep at it, you`ll get there!

I ben trying loads of items and was the same as you trying this getting that and one way or another they were leaky thirsty or just nothing what I thought they would be. I had loads of kangers (bangs head for letting them go now) as I the last few weeks been using a protank 2 with airflow. Most that know me have seen me say no more kangers for me. Now getting this one was probably the best thing I done. (if you go to myepack site and click specials, you will find they got offers on some the kanger stuff on there).

I was a Taxi Driver for Twenty Five Years and while I understand there may be a few Dishonest people as in any walk of life, the vast Majority are Honest as the day is long and also have to have an enhanced DBS check before getting a Badge!!! Plus you were probably not the only person he'd picked up that day, it's quite possible the next person picked up found your gear and pocketed it!!!

Yes i agree, that wasn't my only experiance losing things in taxis, i have had my phone deliverd to my door before i even realised it had gone missing lol

I'd definitely suggest you stop using the B&M shop and buy some genuine stuff at a reasonable price from a reputable dealer like myepack who won't rip you off.

I ran my own taxi business & had so many mobiles left in my taxis that I could have opened my own fecking Phones4U.Those that didn't get returned to the owner that day,were deposited at the police station when it opened each day.Unfortunately,I'd often have to make unpaid trips to return phones.I dreaded hearing a fecking mobile ringtone from the rear of my taxi just as I was pulling up on the rank,especially if I'd just returned from a distant journey.

My list of items in the rear of my taxi would likely run to several pages,as they ranged from mobiles to umbrellas to box of cannabis resin(strangely,the owner never called to request its return)about 1Lb in weight,to knives,bats & even included one severely drunk & incapable female that didn't know who she was or where she lived that was deposited at the police station for them to find out,etc etc.

The thing that most annoyed me when I worked as a driver was the majority of folks who entered my cab were all convinced that taxi drivers were the scum of the earth,made millions of pounds profit per day,and that WE charged ridiculous amounts in fares(despite the fare being set by the council)and also knew exactly which fucking lamp post they were pointing at from the back seat!
