Hello everyone, today I got a new mech, the COV Kindred V2, and forgot just how nice a brand new mech feels and fires.

I haven't really maintained my other 12 mechs due to the period I was ill, but would like to get them working like new again.

Obviously I will polish up the outsides of the mechs to get them shining, but then I have things like the threads, fire button and battery contact on my non hybrid mechs.

So, my question is how do I go about cleaning and maintaining a mech, and how often should this be done?

Go into detail of what your routine is cleaning a mech, so I know what to do to keep the threads super clean and the button firing like new.

Thank you all, Conan.

Well, I just use peek, cautionary tale, you'll end up black as f*ck with it.
That happened the other day when I used brasso on the Broadside- no idea what reaction happens but it turns the brown wadding black and also the black stuff covers your hands.
