What's new

How to know if you have a short or not?

I don't have any experience of that mod and I generally wouldn't advise buying from ebay unless its a reputable seller. From what I can see though that mod doesn't have a display. You want something that'll read your ohms, probably with variable wattage so you can get to know what watts you like to vape at. I take this is your first real mod bar cheapo pens.?
Aha yup sure is. If i have ever had a mod it hasnt had a display. Need something cheap and cheerful that will read ohms and will be safe if i do something wrong more importantly!

Tricky because your current mod takes a 20700. Does anyone know of a regulated mod that would take a 20700 to save vape lord having to buy new batteries as well?

Or are you quite happy to buy some 18650s?

Hi mate. I agree with you and you obviously know your stuff. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hexohm-V...hash=item4b2a7bb2ba:m:mBjuhalb5Sgkj_64nnoBxQQ
What do you think of this? i love the look and feel of my pulse bf mod but i will happily buy one of these if it teaches me how to built properly and safely.
eBay is a minefield and you never know exactly what you're getting. Personally I would recommend the Pico Squeeze to practice on. It's easy to use and cheap and it's also direct voltage so behaves exactly like a mechanical mod in that your build determines the power and type of vape. The perfect intro to mech building. But it's capped at 50w and has several built in safety features like short circuit protection. That would be my recommendation. Pico Squeeze with Hadaly clone or wasp nano. Just to get your foot in the door. The Wraith is also a very good regulated squonker. Maybe better for you size wise if you want to use your Pulse rda on it. Maybe someone else can chime in with some other recommendations. Gbox is very popular but not particularly cheap. Personally, I've got a Capo 216 on pre-order. Think it's due to ship in a few days. Pico Squeeze or Wraith would be my top two recommendations.

But if you like the one you posted that's fine too. It's cheap enough that it doesn't matter too much if it's not the best quality mod. And it's far better to learn on that than a mech. That's for sure.

Hi there. Pico squeeze looks nice. Ebay is usually okay if its a top rated seller. this one looks trustworthy http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Original-...hash=item56a9c5a384:m:mIvpsb3wAXguDlY8xviFhNw
