How to reduce steep time

Think of your recipe. Mix the concentrates and the 72mg. Just leave that aside for a week before you too it up with vg and pg. There’s nothing easier.
I mix it all at the same time and leave it for a week, that way there is only one visit.
 
No, it’s better to give it a stir. Don’t shake it and don’t heat it up either.
 
A couple of months ago i mixed 100ml of a custard recipe and split it into two 50ml bottles.
The one on the right i put in a drawer with a 15w uv torch trained on it for two hours and the other i left out.
The one with the uv torch on it tasted like it had been steeped for a few weeks.
Posted the results on here but got told it was just degradation.

UV and heat will increase steeping times as far as im aware
