How to remove top cap from the drip tip?

I've been struggling lately with my Avocado 24 atty. I want to change my current drip tip to a delrin drip tip, however, no matter how hard I try to dismantle them.. It just cannot! I tried the rubber band method but it doesn't work Help me please.

Pliers or buy more 810 to 510 reducers.
