Yeah, I think the boro holds about 5ml. But it appears that this might be a tax issue. I’m waiting to hear from BB but it looks like we won’t be able to buy billet box’s directly anymore

If you’ve ordered from FedEx you’ll know getting a clear answer from them is a difficult task. You might be right that it’s the boro but this hasn’t been an issue before. What has changed post Brexit is the HMRC rules. I’ll update once I hear from Billet Box

Update in BB delivery from Utah:

FedEx have now sent me a message saying that there is a ‘description insufficient’ issue and asking me to provide a description of the traded product so that it can be given a Harmonized (HS) Code.

Any advice for any Ape who’s had this issue?
