I bought a similar looking device to this off eBay for about £7. But the battery has now broken on it after less than a week.

I feel, I shouldn't have been so tight and purchased a decent kit. I'd be interested to know your thoughts on this? I would also require a spare battery to go along side it.

Does anyone know of a similar kit to this with two batteries? Or would I be better to buy this with another battery? I am looking for something that is decent willing to spend about £30.

Thanks.

Theres a few here http://marketplace.planetofthevapes.co.uk/Ecigarettes from different vendors that are the same thing with a nicer price tag. You can also go to their various websites.

But yeah, thats a nifty starter kit :)

Thanks for your reply. Can I please ask how we know these devices are the same thing? Obviously Totally Wicked have copyrighted the "Tornado V3" name. Will those devices be exactly the same with the same batteries etc? Cheers.

See my rather long winded post here http://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/f...-you-decide-which-vendor-you-are-going-to-use about how I choose a vendor.

I am very selective about who I use...I won't talk crap about TW because they have an excellent niche in the market and are pretty much the face for the introduction of ecigs in this country. I just know, in my pretty opinionated head, that you can get products of the similar, same, or better quality for an easier price on the pocket from other vendors.

Don't get sucked into the "branded is better" cliche that some people like to push. I have many "originals" and "copies" on my desk and without fail, my more cost effective devices, have been my better ones.

OK cheers mate. I'll have a read of that now. Which one do you think is the closest to the V3 one? If you don't mind having a quick look. Sorry but I know very little about e smoking. Thanks a lot.

Those are all the most similar. Now Im not saying get it from the Marketplace as we have a load of vendors with even more money saving offers http://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/discount-codes

and to be honest with you, youre going to need at least 2 batteries any ways...and with Krakens discount code http://www.krakenecigs.com/starter-ecig-kits/dual-ego-starter-kit this will be the best bang for your buck kind of deal. Sping the extra quid for the EVOD too ;) But he also has these on clearance http://www.krakenecigs.com/clearance-sale-items/ce5 so you can try them out with burning a hole in your pocket too!

That's great mate. I'll start reading up on those now.

I started on the ego battery with ce4 clearos. just by changing to the evod you will have a better vape. I brought my first ego as a kit for 20 green sheets but soon found i could have paid half that on ebay. Lucky for me i came across this site and all its super helpful yet sarcastic and funny people. I soon learnt the best lesson in buying.......... Dont buy the cheapest as its not worth the money! If you buy from ebay you are taking a chance on quality and all for just a few queens heads. not saying that every thing on ebay is bad as im sure its not. I then started speaking to vendors in the market place here and soon found the level of service and support they offer is worth the extra few quid.

I've just noticed that Totally Wicked has 20% off "THE FULL SITE!" until 10 am this morning. I might just order the V3 now.
