Is this a good starter kit?

How far should I be screwing the battery onto the charger? Should I stop screwing as soon as the light changes to red or continue to it's fully screwed on?

I've read somewhere that the connection can be moved.

Screw it til its snug *insert dirty mind here* Finger tight....Don't clamp it down tight *and again * as you might damage the connector plate on the battery. It can only be moved...once you damage it
