Issue with Wholesale Coils.

Hi everyone,

Has anyone made a recent order with Wholesale Coils? I placed an order on 24th April and it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed, rang and sent a message through their site but haven't been able to contact them.

I see of Trust Advisor that other people have had the same issue.

I’ve not placed an order with them but have had similar issues with other small vape sites.

Usually I give it two weeks and then raise a charge back with the bank.

Surprised. Not ordered from them in the last couple months, but I have ordered from them many times. Never had a single issue. Always turned up, and always on time.

I'm the same. Over used them for the last few years and never had an issue. Now I can't contact them.

That's a shame, I've bought Nautilus coils from them for years and they've always been very good. My last order was mid March so may have to look elsewhere as I'll need some in a bit.

if their phone number on their site doessnt work you could try this one on the front of the shop as google maps shows same address and their email is cigease. the blocked by icon number is 190

I rang that number and they said Wholesale Coils is a branch of Cig Ease but they don't have anything to do with them day to day and that it if I've tried ringing and emailing them then they can't advise any further. Friendly enough though!

dalm. as they are a part of the branch and the address is the same as the shop then i thought they would know whats going on. maybe very short staffed but that doesnt help much.
keep us updated if you hear anything as if not i may have to remove them from the recommended suppliers list.
