Seriously though,glad to read that the law can see there is a huge difference between vaping & smoking.

It was an Italian politician widely quoted last year (and refreshingly honest for a politician) as admitting they were losing so much revenue from reduced tobacco sales that they had to do something about these ecigs. In other words treat them the same and impose a massive tax.

Good news but too late for all of the shops that are now out of business thanks to this stroke of pure idiocy.

It'll be interesting to see if anyone effected by the Portuguese tax tries a similar tack.
