Jam doughnut recipe

Hi all,

I'm just getting into mixing and I'm looking for a good raspberry jam doughnut recipe.

So far the concentrates I have are...
Cap glazed doughnut
Cap raspberry v2
Cap custard v2
TPA Bavarian Cream
And some EM

I'm not sure if I'm missing anything else?

My issue is that I don't know what % to use?

Any help would be great.
