Most mods and tanks are compatible with the 510 connection. The other thing to take in to account is the diameter of the tank and if it will fit on the mod without overhang. It will work, but might annoy you lookswise. Also stick with a regulated mod at least for now. Any mod that does variable wattage is regulated

Emm-y the advice from @MrDJ on page 2 here is basically bang on in my view.

I’ve got an aspire nautilus. It’s a mouth to lung. It’s a piece of cake to use. It vapes at a lower wattage and it’s ideal if you are going out for the night. Best of all it’s ideal for 12mg nic (recommend a 50/50 VG/PG liquid) and the juice lasts ages. They are also relatively cheap

I’ve also got a sub-ohm mod similar to yours which I use 6mg nicotine in as it’s more powerful.

I’ve been off the cigs for 3 months and haven’t missed them much at all. So try a MTL, bang in a 12 mg juice and use it with your other mod. It’s worked brilliantly for me and might for you too.

Don't worry about if you're going to be a MTL or a DTL vaper, you can do both, I do. I MTL all day long, whilst I'm out and about, this style does not give huge clouds, but with 12mg of nicotine it keeps the cravings at bay. In the evening I DTL, with 3mg of nicotine, I can chain vape this and enjoy the flavours without getting a nic rush.

I would definitely get a MTL tank if I was you, this will keep you off the coffin nails, look at what @rew has to say, he's a MTL guru.
