Juice consumption

Ok two on two for up nic same kit or up nic change kit.
Hmmmm which way to go?
Im with the up nic change kit camp.
Look for a device that mimics smoking (mtl) and stash the smok away until youve got your cravings under control.

^this all day long. but you only need to change the tank (which mod have you got by the way) does it have variable wattage where you can turn it up and down or is it a fixed tube mod with just a on off and fire button.

Wow thanks for everyone's input! I'm learning how to use this site so i apologise for not replying individually! I'm not sure if you all get notifications if I don't 'reply' or 'quote' your individual comments?

Its reassuring to know I'm not using an excessive amount of juice I'll stop worrying so much about that now lol. I think I will stick to 6mg on this mod thanks for confirming what the vape shop assistant said, he did say beginners wouldn't usually go for that kind of mod haha It shows i obviously don't know much about vaping!

I was thinking about getting a smaller device anyway that i can fit in a small bag when I go out, also something that doesn't produce as much vapour as I'm quite an anxious person and don't like to draw attention to myself! Lol.
For anyone who didn't see in my first post I currently use a Smok gx2/4.
Any recommendations for a smaller sized device?
To be honest I'm not sure about a mouth to lung tank, I haven't tried one though so maybe it's worth a shot? I do quite like the direct to lung, i thought it would bother me that it doesn't feel the same as smoking cigarettes but it doesn't.

Thanks for the reassurance about the cancer causing chemicals I wasn't sure whether to believe it considering juice only consists of a few ingredients lol.

I'm so grateful for everyone's input! And I'm sorry if I've missed anything out lol I wasn't expecting so many replies! Loving this forum already

DTL vaping tends(not strictly) toward big clouds / heavier juice usage, with MTL being more focussed on throat hitting smoking emulation and having the added benedfit of using less juice and require less power out of your mod(longer battery life / runtime). Tanks tend to work(as far as my understanding goes) around one of those two concepts, big clouds or smoking emulation with some tanks delivering some middleground(although being focussed on one of the two).

Good luck working out your vaping dilemma emmy.

I'm not really up on DL tanks but Jacvapour S22 has coils for both styles of vaping

Hi @Emm-y and welcome to the planet.

i will start with a ikkle rant.
"Also I read somewhere about an e-cig trial found that if you aren't vaping a high enough nicotine dose for your needs you will obviously compensate by smoking more of the lower dose but it said this is bad for you because you are inhaling more cancer causing chemicals?"

all i can say on this is its total bollocks and most prob from america where they talk out of their asses.

i can agree with it if the above was about cigs as yes, if you smoked say silk cut you would take deeper drags to get the same hit as say a bensons or marlboro so yes there was a higher risk but with cigarettes only. vape only has 3 or 4 ingredients. VG / PG / flavouring / nicotine.
nicotine is as bad as coffee. unlike tar in cigs which is what has the cancer causing carsogens by their thousands in it.

now back on track :)
the vape shop was right if you are using a smok tank which are subohm which use higher wattage so need lower nicotine or you would get a head rush even with 9 or 12mg and nausia.
subtanks are for big clouds so much higer wattage which in tern uses much more juice. these are classed as direct to lung tanks.

mouth to lung tanks are the opposite. they use much lower wattage average 10-14watts so use a lot les juice so can take much higher nicotine like 12 or 18mg

using 10ml in 2 days is good going in a subtank. i average 35ml a day.

youve come to the right place for advice and theres always plenty on to help out no matter how stupid you might think the question is its normaly not so ask away.

Thank you!

Looks like a good tank! How do you know if a tank is compatible with your mod? Lol

Most mods and tanks are compatible with the 510 connection. The other thing to take in to account is the diameter of the tank and if it will fit on the mod without overhang. It will work, but might annoy you lookswise. Also stick with a regulated mod at least for now. Any mod that does variable wattage is regulated
