I never got well with sub-ohm on MTL except the aspire k3 tank with the 0.7 coil at 20w. For mtl I am using an ammit mtl rta and tried a lot of coils , best vape for my taste is at 1.0 basic wire at about 15-17w .

Congrats on going from 60 a day to none for 7 weeks, that’s some will power you have, fair play to you! I found the same thing with the pockex in that the air flow was a bit too much, and I tried the 1.2 coil but I didn’t notice much difference hit-wise. Maybe try upgrading to an MTL tank with an adjustable airflow?

Yes that is the answer I guess. I bought the Pockex after watching You-tube reviews where everyone was raving about it. It needs to have an adjustable air flow IMO. Also this morning it has stopped popping after 3 days. Marvelous.
