Yep, coil over 2No. 2mm wicks...........never had the juice shoot anywhere to be honest!!

Thought it sounded wierd?But i am a noob.
I will try different set ups but will try your way first as i ordered 2mm wick,then work from there.

Just done my first rewick and coil,and i have to say it's a little fiddlier than i was expecting.I did the 2x2mm method with 5 coils of 0.20 wire.
It kicks it like a steam train! But i'm not sure if i got it tight enough? And also i think the multimeter that i got appears to be out by about 1.7ohms as the original 1.8 coil was giving me a reading of 3.5ish and at my second attempt i got a reading of about 3.3ohm so i should be about 1.6ish.
As for strawberry flavours,i think i must be immune to it?
Not too sure about rewicking? in future i may just buy new heads and remove the flavour wicks?

With a multi meter, you need to touch the tips together and take a reading, thats the resistance of the wires.

Subtract that value from the reading when you measure the coil.

That explains it. Well must have it about right then?
I am getting the odd big pop and it does seem to drink juice too. But I am happy with the flavour, just a shame I can't taste strawberry. I even ate a few before a vape to see if that helped,but alas no.

UPDATE:
After spending the day vaping yesterday,i awoke with a screaming sore throat!
I had noticed that my protank seemed to be spitting hot juice at me?So this morning i recoiled it with 2mm wick,5 coils of wire and a couple of strands as flavour wicks.Pretty much how they come but with decent silica wick.
It is no longer spitting or popping as badly as it was and flavour is pretty good too.
