Kayfun 5 wobble?

One of my Mini v3s wobbled so much it shorted out virtually every time I used it. Thankfully I never used it on a mech. It was one of the very first FT clones and the positive pin was poorly machined as well and making contact. I remedied it by changing the o-rings and filing down the posi pin. Now my Kayfun 5? Nope, solid as a rock.

@eightbitraptor Do you mean it wobbles just above the airflow ring?

The tank section, the whole part that you turn to open the juice flow wobbles. And it's not like I can shake it and it moves wobble, just a disconcerting bit of play when I have the drip tip in my gob.

I'd put it down to it being the nature of that sort of JFc if it wasn't for the fact that none of my minis do it.

I'm not sure what we are talking about now, I thought you meant between the bottom of the tank and the base when unscrewing to open the juice flow?? what's the 510 pin got to do with that?

Ive a few sjmy's.no wobble...how many turns are you giving it for jfc?

2 full turns as I vape 70/30 vg almost exclusively

Ah ok yes so we are talking about just the tank section and not the 510.

In that case yes mine is the same with 2 turns

I can move mine but their quite rigid...i wouldnt say they wobble,not noticeable when vaping.
3 turns out on jfc.

I got reminded by a different thread that I should probably update this. My wobble was caused by an o ring that had slipped out of place. I reseated it and gave it a lube and it's good as gold again. Thanks everyone for the input!

It still has a tiny bit of play like others have mentioned but it's pretty sturdy in use so it doesn't bother me at all.
