Laisimo spider 200w issue

No reply , pretty poor behaviour on their part , won't be buying from them again , it's annoying since it was genuinely not abuse on my part that it broke in the first place , tried searching for a firmware update also but couldn't find any info on it to attempt it

I too have searched for firmware updates due to it not allowing to be in use and charge at the same time via USB

A family member also has the spider and the display goes bright and dim at random times

I suppose you get what you pay for
I paid about 20 quid in a flash sale on GearBest
Shame as it's a decent mod when working

If you have an instagram account they respond to messages there
I received a message today asking for pictures of the dim light issue
That's going to be tricky to take a picture of why it's dim and when it's bright
