Leaky leaky...

Lol seem to have forever had a leaky problem with pretty much all my vape gear, from back in the day with the Pockex and although I love the Falcon tanks ( got like 5+!), always seem to start leaking after the coil has been broken in.

So , I picked up the Zeus top airflow tank and it's pretty solid, ha now I the coils worn in, I'm drinking, yes drinking lots of juice from the mouthpiece. Open airflow, half airflow, the same.

Drives me a bit nuts!

Am I going summit wrong?
Should I hit the button and let some juice burn off it summit?

As always thank you!

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think (in theory at least) you should be fine as long as you prime the coil. Though a quick burn can help if you start to get a gurgle.

Full on leaks might mean a faulty oring or coil? Or even cracked glass?

If you're always getting leaks with all of your gear, and it's not specific to a particular item, could it be that you're drawing too hard or swinging the gear about a lot?

Clutching at straws here, but I can't think what else it could be.

FWIW I nearly always got leaks from my MTL stuff when I used stock coils, except for a couple of specific tanks, but since swiitching to RBAs I've been leak free.

the benefits of top airflow is that it won't leak out of the bottom but they do tend collect excess liquid as there's nowhere for it to go... I would just flick it out, it needs to go somewhere or it will just keep collecting.

That might not solve it long term but if you just leave it in there you will end up drinking it.

Cheers! - I had thought that - that my draw style never clicked with any gear. Chain long draw style wapow! :)

RBA's - i thinks its inevitable!

Thank you - top tip - flick it!

Gurgles can be caused by juice not getting hot enough. Maybe turn it up a couple of watts

Question: what ohm coil you using, and how much power you putting through it ?
I ask because I get leaking due to two things.
1. I draw hard and if I don't put enough power through the coil it leaks.
2. When the coil is starting clog.

I'm on the freemax mesh pro 0.2 ohm coil at 75w, my average lung fill time is 2.5 secs. If I run the coil at 65w or less (60 is the suggested lower limit) and vape normal, it leaks like a good'em.

Ah yes - honestly I never run more than 30W max - just seems way to hot after that.
Lol will do some 'sperimenting :)

Sounds like you might need a more suitable tank for your vaping style... one that has coils that are happy to run at 25-30w.
