Yes, I know I'm nit picking. I'm in a "funny" mood today.You’re just nit-picking. Some people aren’t able to run or cycle. You’ve had sciatica, I vaguely remember.... were you able to run, cycle or do your push-ups then? Walking is my form of exercise, while the swimming pools aren’t open, it’s all I’m physically able to do. There are many people who are elderly or disabled in some way who go walking to keep themselves as mobile as they can.
I can do push up's and exercise and work when I have sciatica, I just grit my teeth and go for it
The sciatica part of my back problem isn't too restrictive when I get it. When my back "goes" that's a different story.
I realise walking is all some can do as proper strenuous exercises would be impossible, just merely stating that a cardiac doctor told me that they don't class walking as exercise as it generally doesn't get your heart pumping hard enough or fast enough. Atleast not for someone of my age and fitness level.
My sarcastic playful sense of humour is obviously wasted on a few people here
