Lockdown V3

Just found out from my daughter
She got randomly stopped from cops last night at 2 am
asking where she had been.
She was coming home from work.
That's good though isn't it. I've not got a problem with that. Genuine reason to be out, on your way.

Maybe, but because so many are being plonkers they've probably been told to stop some cars.
Could have been a party goer coming back from a gathering.

At least she shouldn't be stopped again as they will now know her car when they check it.

But..... it's not exercise if you don't get out of breath. A doctor told me that and I agree.

here’s what the scottish government says. it includes walking and golf.

  • local outdoor informal exercise such as walking, cycling, golf, or running (in groups of up to 2 people, plus any children under 12, from no more than 2 households) that starts and finishes at the same place (which can be up to 5 miles from the boundary of your local authority area). The number of periods of exercise are not limited.

I know what the government's state as exercise but if your heart rate doesn't rise and you don't get out of breath then it is of no or not much benefit to your cardiovascular system. [emoji6]
So not "strictly " exercise [emoji38]

Not according to dictionary definitions. Exercise only has to be the "regular or repeated use of a faculty or bodily organ" [MW] to prevent atrophy.

So, wanking or lifting a pint of beer.

Tell that to the doctor's/cardiac registrar's then because they told me if your heart rate doesn't increase for a minimum of 20 minutes then it doesn't really help you in any way. [emoji6]
