So basically the Police arrested them, when they were not breaking the law, because they believed they might be part of a bigger group, but didn't have any proof, and because they wouldn't give their details, because in their eyes, they hadn't done anything wrong ? Wow, the Police powers have been given a free hand now, seeing as they can arrest someone, based on the their presumption that they think you might be up to no good !!!

But fined anyway, government debt collectors performing their task impeccably as usual, I had an argument with two plod in a camera van, parked on a blind bend near me recently, I asked them if they didn't have anything better to do during a pandemic, than try and relieve cash strapped people of a £100, I was told to move on or be nicked !!! I'm currently making a sign with"Speed camera ahead" on it !!!.......... and un-reasonable suspicion therefore un-arrested.
