What's new

looking to go VV

I found the vamo build quality a little low but the vape on it was fine and for the price you can't go wrong but I have to say the SID by smoktech is much better quality for a little more money. There is also the iTaste VV if you want a smaller mod with the benefits of VV. The latest one apparently has VW also but check with the vendor before hand to be sure. There have been a number of posts about the build quality of the SVD being disappointing. The Provari is a beauty and if I could justify the price I would have one, I don't think VW is all that important myself as I find if I am changing juices and/or tanks I usually have to adjust the wattage and the only benefit of VW is that you aren't supposed to have to change it.

I have had the Vamo and the SVD.

It is really down to personal taste, both have 510 connections that you need to be careful with. The great vape from the SVD would be down to the I30's not the SVD.

I found the SVD to be too fussy, all the bits bolted on were sharp on my hand and it didn't feel good. The Vamo on the other hand is a bit of a plain Jane. Have ordered another Vamo from Fastech just as a spare. Wouldn't order another SVD.

Thanks all for the input. After many hours trawling the net and some annoyed comments from the wife for being glued to my phone carrying out said trawling and after only just stopping myself from placing an order from china for the svd I have decided to go with whipitup and VaperCaper with the Sigelei zmax v3 telescopic.
The sensible voice in my head told me that with my luck I would inevitably get stung with import tax etc and that would bring the cost up to not a great deal less than the cost of the zmax kit i found which comes with 2 18650 batts and a charger unlike the svd I was going to pull the trigger on. I will be buying some 18350's tho just to try them stacked so any opinions on the real difference in performance between thd AW and EFEST IMR's would be appreciated.
I'll let you all know how it goes once I get my hands on it which should hopefully be before the week is out :yahoo::yahoo:

Make sure the charger your getting in the kit will charge 18350 batteries.........mine will not (not spring loaded contacts).

And if you've not already ordered it, ask the vender to make sure the display isn't wonky (some can be).

I don't have the tele Zmax, just the normal one.

The difference in stacked batteries and a single 18650 is really noticeable once you start running higher voltage setups. If I've got my RSST or some other RBA on for some evening vaping then I much prefer stacked batteries. Like lots of things in vaping it comes down to personal preference really.

A v3 ZMax is a good choice. Hope it works well for you. I've not used efest batteries, the AWs are excellent.

Just to keep you all posted, the zmax v3 telescopic kit is on its way :yahoo::yahoo:
Honestly cannot say enough good things about the service I got from Reggie @juiceshop :yourock: who answered all my questions quickly and even went to the effort of emailing photos of the screen which he checked at my request to make sure it wasnt wonky and then processed the order in time to ship it today special delivery (which ended up costing me nothing using their potv discount code) which all in all has left me with a huge kid on Christmas eve style feeling of anticipation for my new toy's arrival and a need (almost by way of thanks) to let everyone know about my experience so that they might experience it too. Never will I have been so happy to see the postman as I will be tomorrow :2thumbsup:
