Lost on fasttech without a scooby !

I understand what you are all saying, I think a genuine mod not a clone would be great, as this will be my first foray into mods I don't want to spend a huge amount and find I don't like it or not suited to rebuildables. This is what I am thinking so far - do I need the kick and magnets ? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1396052594.838875.jpg

Partially disagree with you @Mawsley I think F/T helped us,admit you have to sort the wheat from the chaff but if I hadnt tried their clones at cheap prices I wouldnt of found the set ups I like. I used the cheap clone gear to find what I like and am now changing it slowly to the real deal, some mods have been left by the way side and if Id spent good money on them I wouldnt have been able to find the ones I like so soon tho the Nems I have will be staying as think they really are as good as the real deal and yes Ive tried both side by side(think I red somewhere even Carlos was impressed lol)
Sorry to ramble just think F/T is a good way into mech mods

You're welcome to disagree bud ;)

I just know that when I place my Nem order next week it'll mean more to me because I saved for it than something lookilikee for a tenth of the price. It'll be a mod I treasure and value rather than something that just does a job. It's all Ford Cortinas and Honda Thingymijigs.

A drip tip is just a drip tip - but when I know the history of it because it's been crafted and hand-turned it becomes more than just an object for lips.

As Elsybubs frequently points out, you lose little if you buy a decent high end mod...says the man with a Colossus he can't give away. :D

It's all personal innit. It's wherever you draw your own personal line and mine has shifted in more ways than one. Finding out that people were copy-pasting articles I have written and used my photos without crediting or paying me has really pissed me off. Really pissed me off. If someone had asked I'd have said fine, they didn't - they stole my work lock, stock and barrel. That makes them cunts and I now transfer that onto the likes of Far East manufacturers who have the ability to make decent kit but just rob other people's ideas instead. Cunts.

I'm drunk and rambling. Everything is above is bollocks and I don't mean it.

I do really.

Or do I?

Nem and kraken same sku's as mine and all is well with them, but why the kick?? just get some IMR batteries from the UK, AW/Efest/Torchy and you will be fixed but as Dan said a ohm meter will be good to check the coils you build before putting on the mod, just for your safety

Great choices :D

Do not add batteries as your delivery will be rejected at uk shores x

Same hear I'd say lose the kick

And if you want a bit of extra safety and piece mind as I did when I first starting my own builds, you can pick up a few safety fuses for a couple of quid each. All you would need to keep on the nem is the beauty ring just to allow for room

I have efest batteries from Myepack, are they IMR - no idea if I needed the kick or not

Yep the efast will be just fine. The kick will just make the nem into a vv device like you already have but its up to you if you still want that option. Will just add more length to the mod that's all
