It would depend on the day Im having, if im working etc but it could be anywhere from 10-20

I tried a friends mod at a wedding recently and it was amazing. It was a Smok Alien, i used it DTL and flavour was immense.

After lots of reading I ended up with a Vaporesso Revenger + Freemax Mesh Pro tank. These are new sitting in a box until i decide what mg to use.

What you have bought is o`k ( better that what I have ) , definitely dont want more than 3mg..........
easy saying this but after 10 days I would try and resist using it.

Yeah ill think ill just go with the flow. Ill try find my sweet spot. If i need the 3mg least i have it available to me.

Prob a stupid question but is there a go to person for amazing juice on here?

your problem is if go out and dont have it filled and ready for use then you will buy cigs, you will need the 3mg, as for juice there is a list of trusted sites to buy from

Stay on the 3mg for a while yet - the ‘quitting curve’ just isn’t that fast. I’d say higher Nic would be better first off (12 or 18 mg) then step down after a couple of months.

I meant to say I havent even started vaping yet. Ive just gone cold turkey for the passed 10 days and feeling good. The urge to smoke when I'm having pints is unbearable and always what messes me over.

Just not sure whether to start on 0mg nic or 3mg nic.

= Tbh. ‘Starting’ on 3mg and certainly 0mg will result in faliure, whatever they’ve told you in the Vape store...
Get some 12mg then follow instructions above.
