Ok, I see. I'll think on this and do even more research, see if can find if anyone's replaced the oring before.

Edit: Actually, thought just occurred to me: @Chegs you said one of your mephisto's V2 orings fits 'perfectly'. Can you measure it for us? Thanks!

Not accurately I'm afraid,I only have a plastic ruler so measuring circular items becomes guesswork.

I have genuine mephisto's V1 & V2. The size of the O-rings are 1.5 diameter and 15mm outside diameter. When I fucked my O-ring up on the V1, I got some same size replacements. Too tight getting the body back on. I then bought some 12mm outside diameter ones, and they were perfect.
Like some members have said. That bit of stretch thins the diameter out.
As said before. Trial and error.
