Mixing 2 premade juices (diff nic. Level and vg/pg level)

So I just got a Kanger Mega (3.8ml) and I have filled half of the tank (1.9ml) with 18mg/ml ejuice that is 50/50(vg/pg). The other half of the tank I have filled with 12mg/ml 75/25 vg/pg.

Now Ive asked a few friends and I heard a lot of contradictory advice so what is the best way to find out what my total vg/pg ratio and nic level would be per ml?

If it's half and half it would be exactly in the middle of the two juices. So 62.5%vg/37.5pg at 15mg.
