My Apsire PockeX doesn't seem strong enough.

Maybe it's time for you to get a innokin coolfire iv kit,i was only joking before but it's a built in battery mod but with the option of upping the wattage to your taste.A good few people here would have one in their collection.

dont use 70/30 vg/pg in an aspire pockex that is not a good idea, id stick 50/50

Okay, thank you! I'll ask about a 70/30 next time I go down to the shop.

It's all about vaping style and with the pockex it's a MTL piece of kit (I think).So 50/50 is the way to go.
MTL=more flavour less clouds,suitable for giving up the smokes.
DTL=slightly less flavour big clouds,suitable for annoying people at bus stops.

ive not used this kit but looking at it it comes with 2 coils. https://www.aspirecig.com/aspire-kits/aspire-kits411.html
a 1.2ohm coil which is more for mouth to lung and using your 18mg 50/50 juice it will be a draw like when smoking a cig.
the other coil is a 0.6ohm which will be a loser draw so as much throat hit.
if you changed the coil lately then that could be the issue your having.

Hang on,if you just put in the other coil from the box then it's that.A 1.20ohm coils is so much different than a 0.60 ohm coil.
Sorry I thought that you bought a NEW pack of 1.20 coils.
0.60 ohm coils are under 1.0 ohm so technically are sub ohm vaping,better suited to DTL and 70/30 juices.
