Thanks for the info, I appreciate it. There are so many vendors out there to go thru, its a little confusing.
I went from cigalikes to an ego set up, but I went straight for the variable voltage 1100mah ego twist, and I have to say I'm really glad I did because I do use the variable voltage a lot. It really makes a difference for different juices. In fact I liked the twist so much I bought another one. From there I've progressed from the disposable ce4 clearomizers to a mini vivi nova and a Kanger Evod.
No worries... from my own personal perspective, I've used vendors such as Safercigs, Liberty Flights, Vapourworld, Cloud 9, E-cig Wizard mainly or if it's something I'm in no particular rush for, Healthcabin and Heaven gifts in China. My own personal perspective might be coloured by the fact that these were the emergent vendors when i started vaping. There are lots of vendors out there these days and they could all be comparable to the ones above for service/quality.. difficult to say for me if I haven't really ordered from them on a regular basis. The vendors I have listed, I've found to be reliable and trustworthy... other people might be able to add others that they've personally used and would recommend?
Just remember there is always someone here who can help out I you are stuck or confused. Never be afraid to ask-we all started out somewhere and it can be like learning another language at first. We are always happy to offer advise as there are many pitfalls and many of us have fallen down them ourselves. As for vendors, we all have our favourites but again if you are unsure just ask cos the chances are someone here will have tried them. Luckily for us vapers most of the vendors are as passionate abou vaping as we are and will bend over backwards to help you out. I've never known an industry like it tbh. Most importantly enjoy yourself, don't be afraid to experiment with different flavours. What starts out as a way to become more healthy soon becomes a fantastic hobby
I have looked at the VV type of batteries, do these tend to fit ce4/ce5 clearomizers? From what Im reading most thing seem to be interchangeable?
Thank you:-) everyone is so helpful on here, id used another forum and the members weren't very helpful at all
Hi guys!
I've been using a cig like but not getting a great experience with it but ive discovered I really like vaping.
I've been looking at ego ce4 kits with vision clearomizers, Im hoping for some advice whether these are good or not, they look simple to use which is what I want.
They seem to retail on average £35 with 2 batteries and 2 clearomizers, is this good value?
How often do batteries need replacing? This seems to be the expensive bit.
How often do clearomizers need replacing?
Various kits come with different mah batteries, 650 are the most appealing to me cos of size but how good are they?
Any help and advice would be much appreciated
Hey kriskent, welcome to the forum - I was a newbie on Thursday to the site though I have learned loads in only a few days. Everyone is really helpful and nothing is too stupid to ask!!
Like you, I started with a cigalike (for over 2 weeks now stinky fag free) - in fact I'm still using the SKYCIG - but it's surprising how quickly it just doesn't seem to fit the vaping bill and also like you, i've found that I LOVE VAPING. I'm getting addicted to searching around the forum to see what people are using and what products I need to get the best experience from vaping. I think i've learned that I really want the CE4 clearomisers with the 900mah battery at the moment - but the reason I haven't ordered one online was because the e-liquid flavours were confusing me - as I know what I like, but I had no idea what to buy and let's face it - what use is a clearomiser without liquid to stick in it?
Anyway, I popped into Liberty Flights store in Stockport yesterday and tried some flavours - they were amazing (the espresso mocha - ooolala). But it tastes like sh!t in my cartridge, which I thought I could get away with before spending more money - i've bitten the bullet and I am off to Liberty Flights store again tomorrow to spend some hard earned cash on the CE4 Ego PT V2 kit for £47.99, ok, i'm spending a little over the odds than ordering all the bits I want separately here and there online, but the beauty is I can go instore, buy what I want (get more advice too), open it - fill it and use it in minutes - worth paying a bit extra for. Plus, the experience of calling into Liberty Flights store in Stockport was really good, they were helpful and being able to try the liquid flavours they sell is invaluable for a novice like me.... I think they will probably be seeing quite a lot of me in the future!!
So, good luck with the vape kit of your choice - it's great not to smoke stinky cigs anymore, but I'm certainly not saving any money!!!
Cheers Vic
