What mod are you using? The resistance of coils does increase when you fire them and some mods show that changing resistance. It's kanthal wire and I have just tightened the post screws and it is better when I turn it on it is at about 0.11 then when I hit fire it goes to 0.23 and stays there until I leave it a while then go back to it and it starts of at 0.11 again
I'd hold off on that until other ipv5 owners confirm whether theirs does that or not. I suspect it's perfectly normal. My ipv D2 displayed the changing resistance as the coils heated and it was supposed to.I'm using ipv 5 I have spoke to them as I have tried a few other tanks on it and it says the same on all my tanks so iv got to send it back for repair or exchange
Now that definitely isn't normal. It also says short and won't fire at all I took it to Vape club they had a look and said it's no good
