I thought these were the red HE2 lg batteries? The HG2 perform a bit better from what I saw from mooch et Al. Still the 3000mah batteries seem better suited for 20 amps, the 25r and HE4 still seem to take >20 amps better

No worries mate these batteries have such similar codes it's really difficult to get to grips with, can only imagine how confusing it is to those new to 18650 cells.

I bought 6 he4's for mine coz I love the it's the battery I use the most. I actually like the green and made sure when my mate bought a load of them that he didn't get me the black one.
@witt15 I have 4 mods with TC and have only ever tried it on the ipv3Li using nickel before all the uncertainties came to light. I just didn't find it a good vape and definitely no where near a nice as a fused clapton. I actually found I got a better vape back when I used an Aspire K1 tank and vision spinner. The build I did was with 28 gauge ni200 spaced not sure how many wraps but on my research at the time I only found a very limited number of coils tou can do using TC, I ended up setting it at its highest temp and it just wasn't my type of vape, I then went back to it a few months later but still found it to be shit, also tried a ni200 coil head I had for the crown I think it was which worked fine but the taste for me was not different to a simple kanthal build and then researching more on pure nickel for vaping I decided it not to my liming so I won't ever be vaping with pure nickel again. Only wire I use is kanthal, ni80 and 316L stainless steel
I may give TC another go with SS or if I was to get hold of a length titanium but I wouldn't be buying a spool.

He is the man on battery testing so if you ever buy a new battery or here of a new type out on the market refer to Mooch to see what he says. theres a new update so i updated and guess what the tc optian now works with the tank it wouldnt work with yestarday bloody weird things are happening lol
