Wrote about this in a previous thread but yep don't go over 70vg if you want your coils to last as thicker liquids struggle to wick so you end up burning out your dry coil. Sweet liquids are the devils work. High sweetner levels is bad enough but many of the new wave of north american and Malaysian liquids are using sugar based sweetener. This wrecks those coils pretty damned quickly. As you can imagine sugar on hot metal just burns and sticks.
It used to be annoying that to enjoy a good tobacco liquid you had to change your coil weekly now these juices can kill a coil in one tank. Madness.

i found that nasty juice clogs up my coils fast at first i thought it was the 1st one that i was using but tried others in the range and they were the same but since the ive found out that most juice that come from malaysian does anyway so now i try to avoid them....

Older thread I know, but still more relevant then ever so would like to add as I’m now experienced enough in coil killing juices. I have bought over 50 flavour lines in the last year since I started vaping, (many UK juices are now on shelf wasting away as just not tasty), and so always come back to the coil killing Malaysian juices but only due to awesome flavour profiles... Anything from Malaysia, especially Fantasi, Horny, Nasty, but also some UK ones, specifically Dinner Lady (tuck shop range) taste awesome. I love them all, but they gunk coils so bad, sometimes only after 20 puffs. Saying that, I still use and squonk them daily as nothing else tastes as good to me.

I have learned and now accept that I just have to prepare 4-5 rdas every single night, and take them ALL with me and use in rotation during the day as can’t rely on acces to a sink and scissors and cotton let alone time being available to me during the day at the exact time the coils start to gunk. No other way for me to really enjoy my vaping as I like full on sweet flavour, but also can’t stand vaping when it tastes even a tiny bit burnt. I’m very fussy this way so unfortunately need 4-5 Recurves ready and wicked at all times every single day to enjoy my coil killers...

I hate to say it, but Kona Paka. It’s easily the best coffee, tobacco and date juice ever, but I do struggle to get more than 20ml out of a coil.

Your lucky then, 20ml is not considered a coil gunker compared to the Malaysian stuff LOL... Try one of the worst offenders, some Pomberry Horny Flava in your usual setup, and then you will count your lucky stars Kona Paka even lasts 20ml instead of 5ml

Someone said it before but Doughnut King is the biggest coil killer I've ever come across. I love the cinnamon apple flavour but it kills my wick after like 150 pulls.

Tasty Fruity is another coil killer. They have other ranges like Tasty Candy and Tasty Creamy and I've tried almost all of them. All coil killers. I love the blackcurrant flavour, it tastes amazing - Ribena with a hit of cool menthol - but it turns my RTA deck into a sticky black mess after 2 days.
