I was one I was unsure if I had to open a dispute or request a refund as according to what I read on paypal requesting a refund just meant that I emailed the seller myself so it didn't go through paypal as such ... I have now done both

Sorry mate i just find it funny when someone refers to themselves as one, sounds a bit to posh "oh i say", Jacob rees Mogg like to me. probably because i'm just a common Black country bloke. With paypal you have to request a refund from the seller and if they don't refund by a date set by paypal you ask paypal to step in and recover the money or in other words escalate to a claim i think you can escalate as soon as you wish though thinking about it. I got my refund yesterday night, spent it with another £34 on an ijoy capo and a dna75c this afternoon while there was a huge bargain on hotecig, will get a green resin wasp in a couple of weeks now.

The abandoning of facebook, twitter etc says it all. My guess is they know they've been rumbled. I wouldn't be suprised if they have closed their paypal account as well. I saw a post on facefuck by a guy who said they ripped a company off for a grand and another who had been a mod on one of their groups, he had lost his mod status because he had purchased batteries from NDB instead of TVG or whatever they where called at the time lol.

Paypal will refund you themselves if TVG have closed their account and then take legal action to get all the money back from TVG. Paypal should have a bank account or card details which they will use to find TGV, but don't worry you will get your money back
