Need help finding juice

I'm looking for a flavour concentrate that tastes like a generic tobacco cartomizer, I'm using a mtl pen. I've been looking for a flavour I can tolerate for years now, and I've only found one, but I can't vape that in hospital as the smell is too obvious. I've just tried 10 tobaccos and 3 ry4s... Please help.

I suggest you learn to tolerate summat fruity if you wanna have a stealthy vape in hospital

No worries, was just a thought.

Kinda agree with Gary in that fruits are about as unassuming as it gets. I vape fruits everywhere and nobody is any the wiser, but if I'm vaping a tobacco everybody knows about it pretty quick. Might be worth exploring some fruity flavours?

My go to is blue slush by drip hacks, and I can smell it really obviously when I come back to my room, thanks for your help though
