Need some help.

So I bought this oil battery from a "candy store". It charges, just doesn't give a hit.
I opened it up, and this wire was loose. Wasn't sure where to solder it or if there's something else wrong.

simple answer is that should go straight in the trash bin. mods use very powerful batterys and if your not sure what your doing and solder it wrong it could vent and explode.

also, what actually do you mean by a candy store or are you in america as then it would make sence. do you mean a sweet shop which is what its called in the uk.
