Need some help

When you fire it does it make any noise?

What might have happened is that you didn't dry the cleaned carto out and the wick got water in it. If you keep using it then the water will get 'used up' and e-liquid will take it's place and vapour should happen.

It's actually possible to carefully remove the wadding in a carto completely and just use the remaining coil as a dripper (it's not recommended to do this too much as the chances of breaking the coil are quite high) you could try taking the filler material out, as long as you have a spare cartirdge to play with that is) and carefully driping some e-liquid onto the coils to see if it vapes 'properly'

You might also have not put it back in quite right so now the juice in the filler can't get to the coil for it to turn into vaper, though I'd guess that it's probably just wet if it's heating up and there's e-liquid in there and no vapours being produced.

Oh also - what kind of battery are you using? is it an auto battery (that works when you draw on the cart) or a manual battery (where you need to push a button to fire the coil)

Be *really* careful with auto batteries to not overfill the carts - if they leak and juice gets into the battery they can short out and die quite easily. Manual batteries are sealed better and don't have this problem.

Yeah it's a auto battery. I let it sit out to dry for like 3 hours but it could have possibly still had water in it. So should I keep puffing to burn out the water?

Yup. You've probably watered the e-liquid down. It'll get back to normal and the water will get dried out enough pretty quickly. Just be careful when you refill things as getting liquid in your battery will kill it, and dead batteries aren't all that useful :)

When I first started I refilled old cartridges for a couple of weeks before I finally put too much juice in one. The reason that most batteries from eGos on up use a push button thingy is to protect the insides from leaks.

It's better to have your cartidge insides too wet and need to puff a bit of water than it is to have the insides too dry and burn the filling stuff inside as once you've burnt it you can't get rid of the burnt taste.

Ok awesome, thanks for the help! They are working now although the French vanilla isn't all that good:(
