Need to add Nic but not too sure how much

I have purchased Afternoon Teas Custard Tart Easy 3. I need to add Nic to it to make it 22mg but really not too sure how much I need to add.

The Nic I have is 72mg.

What I can't work out is how much liquid is in the bottle, I am guessing that because its a 50ml bottle, its build for one shot of 10ml so there is 40ml in the bottle.

For the life of me I cannot work out how much Nic I need to add to get it to 22mg.

Anyone want to give me a hand here?
