Needle bottles

Looking for 10ml bottles with a metal needle but with a screw on plastic top over the needle. In the distant past, Mist and other companies sold their juices in such bottles.
A standard needle cap juice bottle is fine at home but doesn't cut it for out and about and I use tanks (KS200, Naturevape Mini) with very small filling holes.

Any steers gratefully appreciated.

THanks Mutley, but I mean where the plastic bottle lid encloses the whole metal needle and screws into the bottle threads., like the following:
