Neon green slush

Anyone ever tried to make neon green slush or got something like it would be great help and when u ate trying to make your own recipe up how do u now what% to do flavors at i been mixing for about 3months and only done from recipes thanks for help

I love Elements neon green and this is a very close match. Not 1:1 but not far off.
