Been trying to make low resistance coils. Made a single coil parallel build reading at 0.15 got it on a smok r80tc. The problem I'm having is that I've soaked the fuck out of the cotton but the thing is still dry burning. And it's spitting like a bitch. Any one now why this could be

Is it in a dripper or an RBA section of a tank? Normally, a wick that looks soaked but is delivering burnt hits would suggest that there's too much cotton within the coil and therefore the tails look like they're wicking well, but its getting choked and not delivering the juice to the part inside the coil.
