Is it possible to update the firmware. Maybe try a reset, it's for a different mod, but you never know..
How do I reset my aegis 100W?
To do a factory reset on the Legend, put the batteries in and turn OFF the mod by pressing the fire button five (5) times. Press '+' and '-' at the same time and then press the fire button all at the same time.
Try putting it in TC mode, fiddle with your settings, anything is worth a try.

Not sure if my firmware is the latest I checked the website and there’s nothing for me to download I done the reset it was fine for few hours then started again I’ve never used TC only ever used watts

Well, I'm thinking more that you'll trick the mod, by fiddling around. If the reset worked, for a while, try it again.

I'm not keen on that saying but you have faulty goods. You should be covered under The Consumer Rights Act, pursue it matey
