What's new

New coil repetition

Send an e-mail to whoever you got it from and explain your problem, you haven't had it long so they should replace it. It's a mod fault and obviously not a Tank Fault.

The OP had already returned it, they found nothing wrong with the mod and sent it back to him :11:

I noticed after i posted, didn't realise there was more than 1 page lol. I can't see for looking sometimes. I would go to trading standards then, that's the problem with some Vendors, once it's off their hands it's not their problem. Probably knew about the problem before they sent it and thought as long as it vapes it doesn't need fixing. It's companies like these that ruin it for genuine vendors or for that particular mod. I am not a big fan of Geekvape and only have their Squonker which i won on a giveaway, i had the X but just didn't like it so gave it away to my son. The Squonker is quite good though in all honesty. Thanks for pulling me up so quickly @andi52 . +1

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is what the op should be using to obtain a) a refund, or b) a replacement product.

Given their actions so far I would be demanding a refund, they sent already returned faulty goods back to the op, I mean wtaf, send the guy a new mod, don't return faulty goods back to the customer.

Trading standards probably wont be interested and they won't get involved in a refund. Under a Government initiative the citizens advice bureau deal with consumers complaints on behalf of many local council trading standards departments, so it's probably a crap service, I do not rate the CAB, for a long time now.

Well if you don't really have any rights the only thing you can do is name and shame them. I know it's not going to fix or replace his mod but what's the Alternative. I mean things like this can happen to anyone but i like to think most decent vendors would replace it.
