New Kanger evod bcc problems

Hi all,
I have just got the Kanger Evod, and it came with a 2.6 ohms coil and i have been vaping it between 5.0 and 6.5 wts, my normal range for a 1.8-2.0 ohm coil. the problem is i just don't get a good vape from it, poor taste and not much smoke. I am using a 70PG/30VG juice. Any suggestions to help would be appreciated.

Try upping the wattage I find about 8.5 to 9watt is good
