Should I run it at the minimum or maximum or in between

there is no right or wrong setting but its what you decide your sweet spot is.
always start low. so if for example you decide you are going to vape at say 50w then start at 25w and take a couple of puffs. there will be no cloud or flavour but the coil is heating up and bedding in the cotton. then turn up a watt every couple of puffs and keep turning up until you get the flavour you desire. if it gets too hot then turn down a fraction and stick to that.
ive got coils that go upto 90 and 110 watt but im quite happy at around 50w where i still get decent flavour and the lower the wattage is it may prolong the life of the coil.
