Hey there fellow apes, looking for some advice,
I need (well want) a new mod to go with my new Aspire cleito pro rainbow tank.
I don't do rechargeable external batts, prefer a internal battery. I want something slim, min 80w, easy to use, no confusing stuff. Any ideas?
Also i like the look of those slim mech mods but have no idea what they are or why they are different?? I know, i can sense u rolling your eyes but I'm still very much a noobie.

Any advice as always is very much appreciated!

What coils are you using ie resistance. Internal battery mods generally are under powered for low ohm coils.
As for the mech mods, they are unregulated devices. A tube holding a battery that you screw the attie on to. You really need a good understanding of Ohms Law before embarking down that route.

Hey Hornet

Using 0.15 mesh coils

Oh, and a mech won't have a charging socket either.

What "slim mech" were you on about btw?

Battery life will be crap with those coils. Even a dual cell would be less than a day. The biggest issue with inbuilt batteries is once they're knackered it's good bye mod. A single cell 21700 mod would give you a little more life but you're running at around 80-100w probablty with those coils. An external cell mod, dual, would be my recommendation. 2 sets of batteries & charger & you're pretty much sorted. There's plenty of compact 18650 mods that would be suitable.

Cheers, these coils are 60to75w range. Ok thanks i will take a look, appreciate your advice

A single cell mod would cope with them as well as some internal cell mods but my personal preference would be external. There's a couple of decent 21700 mods, single cell, which, while taller, are compact enough & are light weight. Not plugging anything in particular but I did a review here https://www.planetofthevapes.co.uk/...ated-mods/threads/bohrvape-chaser-kit.185239/ & this I still use daily around 70w & get good life. It takes both 18650 & 21700.
