new to dripping, how do i do it 'right'?

Just a quick query as something i mentioned in another thread (dripping 24nic) had a response from Chegs about dripping lower nic due to higher nic blowing heads and stuff.

Thats got me thinking i may / will be doing it completely wrong!

I put enough juice on the wick to wet it put everything bag together then couple of vapes and repeat the process.

Ive used squid, a mix made for me and hangsen.

My vapour in minimal and i have altered the air flow and like the flavour from the second largest hole being open.

What is the obvious bit im not doing?

what dripper is it, is your hole lined up with the wick and I just drip liquid down the drip tip

Quantity of vapour is lots to do with quantity of VG,more VG = more clouds,more PG = more taste & "thinner" vapours.

plus dont overdo the cotton. just the smallest amount loosely inside the coil ( cotton swells so you dont want it tight ) you want the cotton so you can pull it back and forth freely through your coil ( without it falling about! ) with about 1cm of wick at most coming out from the coil.
to much cotton and it just wont work very well.
as mentioned too PG/VG ration will have an affect on either clouds or throat hit. and of course depends what dripper your using.
Any chance of taking a pic of it with the wick so we can get an idea of what you have so far

^ Exactly how I do it. VG content will only affect the vapour production to a point. The set up of your coil plays the biggest part imo.

Just had a thought(no that wasn't the loud creaking you all heard)

Perhaps the coils simply aren't hot enough,the Evod isn't really upto the job of powering the dripper.
