I'm currently vaping on an ego c twist in work and a zmax at home swapping my pro tank (which I love) between the two. Im now looking at something to suite my MOD so the pro tank can stay on the twist.

iv got an F16 tank and didn't have much luck with the cheap cartos, burnt up after a few drags, leaks etc.

im looking for ideas on a nice glass tank or a RDA or even a genesis (I think that's what they're called) where you tip the MOD on its side up the mesh wick? If that was a load of rubbish ignore the last part haha.

Something that will play nice with the zmax v3, look the part, produce nice vapour and flavour.

cheers

A kayfun lite will play nice on anything :)

Why go for the lite? Am loving my fill port.. Though if you have a slanted top ZMax then a kayfun will look odd, it looks lots better on flat top devices imo.

Tbh I'd not go for a Genesis style RBA. They are a pain to setup, they leak, and if you're happy with the vape you get on a ProTank then a Genesis is quite a bit different. Also to get the most out of a Genesis setup ideally you wnt to be using low ohm (1ohm ish) coils and a ZMax won't fire at less than 1.4ohms or so.

I'd recommend a Silica based dripper like an IGO-L it'll give you the best bang for your buck and you can fit it with microcoils if you wanted to try those out, though 'normal' coils in a dripper will give you really good flavour/throat hit etc. especially compared to a ProTank. It'll look pretty good on top of a ZMax as well. I got one at VF from safercigs and am really pleased with it.

I don't use cartotanks at all so have no advice on decent tanks.

I would have got one but they had sold out :( glad I managed to bag a normal one at least :D

 Just had a look at the kayfun lite, looks very much like the impact screw driver in me tool box

Sorry for the late reply!

A kayfun....a bit to pricey for me that! For now anyway haha.

Thanks for all your help though everyone. Iv ended up with an igo-w. My first coil was a disaster haha I don't think I used enough silica wick. Second one I'm running now is with more wick and about 5 turns of 0.20mm wire, at 1.9 ohms. It's a lot nicer than the protank I must admit.

I want to try to make a micro coil or even try a dual coil. Do you recommend using cotton or stick with the silica? Only reason I ask is because the micro coil video how to's all seem to easily push the cotton through the tiny coil but I can't imagine that would be easy with the wick iv got.
