New to this.

Hi,

Thought I'd say "hello", being as how I've registered it would be rude not to.

I've been vaping for 3 or 4 weeks now, first with a starter kit (think I was ripped off a bit on the price - although the quality wasn't too bad.

I walked into my local shop on a whim - having no knowledge and no research done - a positive vaping experience - so no great harm done) and this week on an Innokin itaste MVP.

Prior to this I was a pipe smoker for the last 40 years, and I still have a half used pack of tobacco in the house!

I'm looking at the next step - a rebuildable atty, trying to contain myself while I research. The marketplace here looks promising, but I think I need 5 posts before I can avail myself of that.

Was your starter kit an e-pipe? If not, I understand you can buy them, but can't give you any advice myself....no worries, others on here will be able to!

No it wasn't - I may still go down that route eventually, but my itaste feels pretty good at the moment.

Talking about lurking - I lurked on my favourite car vforum for about 8 years - very infrequently - but probably hold the record for registration to first post...... made up for it since though.

Just great that it's working for you and you didn't wait 8 years to post on here! I'm pretty new myself, started vaping on 1st Nov last year....oh and you're up to 2 posts already!

The whole vaping phenomenon had passed me by - It was chance that I was standing on the touchline watching my lad playing rugby, when the guy next to me started ....... er.... vaping. I passed my local vape shop the following day - it had been there 18 months and I'd not noticed it......

Still - got to be for the best!
