New user with questions.

Started vapeing last year with a 510 slim set up but it didn't work and i soon went back to tobacco But i tried it again a few weeks back and lasted a month,but soon got fed up of charging batteries and topping up.
So i bought an 11quid ego-t starter kit from total e-liquid and a Redux rebuildable clearomiser 2.4ohm from smokshop.I have been relatively happy with this apart from the occasional dry burn? not a great throat hit but ok? and juice not tasting too good?
I have just got an 1100mah battery as mine died 9 hours into a 13 hour night shift and i had to go back to my old 510 for a few hours.The 1100 will be my main battery and the 650 will be a back up.
so my questions are:
Is this clearomiser ok?
Are there any mods i could do to prevent my wick from drying?
Should i change the head to 1.8ohm?Would this cause my juice to burn?
Does his clearomiser need priming some how on first use?
Probably got more questions as time goes by but its a start

Trying not to spend too much money as the mrs is already moaning that it's costing as much as smoking at the moment.I will try one in a few weeks when the spending has subsided a bit and i can tell her that i NEED to get a new one.Do you use it 2.4 or 1.8?
Might try some of their juice too?

it will say what coil resistance it is or you can choose, remember the lower the resistance the more heat from the coil = the more vaper/throat hit.

Evods certainly seem to be the flavour of the day i have used an MT3 so if better then they are great.

I have also used the iclear16 which i love but, they gobble up juice for fun.

Now one i rarely see mentioned is the iclear10 i think they are called from @vapourroom, a cracking little piece of kit especially with the drip tip you can buy. May only hold about 1ml but, i love em.

Anyway just my humble opinion and there are far more experienced vapers out there than me

Just cleaned my clearomiser and split the twist on the wick into as many strands as possible and it's running sweet as a nut!Sooooo much vapour!

Can anybody suggest a nice juice to run on an ego and clearomiser?I think this apple juice needs to run on a VV system as the flavour is very chemically until it gets very warm.I think it may need to be vaped on a higher voltage than my ego?

They don't seem to be doing them anymore?
I've been having a look around on other sites but the postage is ridiculous!It's about £3.50 to send a £6 item making it nearly a tenner!
A few sites charge a flat rate of £1 but don't stock EVOD's.


Just ordered an MT3 as they hold a bit more juice and postage was only £2 from Vape escape.It says on another site to wash it out b4 use i take it that means just the tank?

***Please make sure to clean the parts before use! I recommend you take it apart and wash out the tank and the other parts (except the coil head)
