Newbie e-juice question

Hi all,
Bit of a funny question but, i know we all have different tastes but i wonder if anyone is having the same frustrating issue's with there E-Juice, i have recently upgraded to the VAMO and wow yeah the juice to me has so much more flavour and vape quality now, BUT i am getting quite a bitter aftertaste, i have Dekang 70/30 PG/VG (i believe), cherry, blueberry and peach and also Trip Hammer 50/50 Toffee Apple, i do prefer the Trip Hammer 50/50, I am also using a Vivi Nova Tank, I use the Vamo on the wattage setting and usually set it at 7Watts, but have lowered to 5Watts but reduces the TH and Vapor, I have also changed the head (2.8ohm) do i need to change my juice brand???

It may well be the PG in the liquid Steve. It tastes bitter neat, whereas glycerine is sweet, so maybe that is the cause? I used to use PG heavy juices but switched to 50/50 and 40/60 when I started making my own, and much prefer them.
