hi ive just stumbled upon this amazing site while i was looking for vape forums to join, so i decided to join. originally i didnt smoke but i had the idea of using it to lose abit of weight, ive been vaping now for 3 weeks and have also lost about half stone so going well but i think i will still carry on with them in the future. i have started to spend a fair amount of cash on various mods, variables, rebuildable tanks, and other tanks like kanger pro tank 2ect.
im currently running a king mod clone with a kanger pro tan2 or a rsst they give off so much flavour.
looking forward to having ago at making juices ect as ive really started to get into the vaping world.

no im using 4 and 4 mg nicotine mate when i first started i had 18 and didnt realise anything about them but a few of my mates have had them and pointed me in the right direction to go where as the shop i went to (wont name and shame) just pretty much sed here pay and see you later.

As a non-smoker I would recommend you buy 0mg nic e-liquids, you really don't need the nic at all
I know you mentioned that you are using it as a diet aid, which is great that it is working for you

yeah i tried 0 but for some very strange reason i didnt really like it unless it was the flavour i didnt like haha i just got used to the 4s now.
